Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email returns@fusionfloormats.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label or further instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving approval.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you want a different size, color, or product, please specify this when requesting a return.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
